Session 1: Digitizing Production & Engaging Retail
Innovation Track: The Short Chain Platform (WP1) for primary producers. The Seal of Excellence and Dynamic Label (WP4) for reducing retail waste.
Logistics & Sustainable Packaging Roundtable
Logistics 4.0 and Circularity: Analysis of the packaging technologies developed in the project (WP2 and WP3): from Smart Containers for real-time traceability to Bio-based and Active Packaging as essential tools for shelf-life extension and the Circular Economy.
Coffee & Results Showcase
Networking Break. Dedicated space for hands-on demonstration of Smart Containers, Packaging prototypes, and QR Label demos.
Session 2: Societal Change and Quantified Benefits
Impact Track: The QR Labelling Codification (WP5) and consumer behavioural change (WP5). Presentation of overall LCA/s-LCA/LCC results (WP6): Environmental, social, and economic benefits.

Yes. The CBE JU Stakeholder Forum takes place in Brussels on 24 March 2026, the day after the SISTERS Final Conference.
Yes. Secure luggage storage will be available at the event venue for participants during the conference.
From Brussels Airport (BRU), take a train to Brussels Midi (15–20 min). Then take Metro line 2 or 6 to Porte de Hal and walk 8–10 min.
Taxi/ride-hailing also available (25–35 min total).
Very easy. Brussels is extremely well-connected, and the event venue can be reached quickly and comfortably from Brussels Airport (BRU) using public transport or a taxi.
